The blue version is preferred in food manufacturing, healthcare, and visitor access environments where high visibility helps supervisors spot compliance at a glance. The black version is preferred in corporate offices, cleanrooms, and professional environments where the cover should disappear visually rather than draw attention. Both versions have identical material, sizing, non-skid sole, and elastic ankle — only the color differs.
Cheap shoe covers without textured soles are slip hazards on hard floors — the smooth polypropylene becomes a hockey puck the moment it hits a wet floor. Our covers feature a textured non-skid pattern molded into the sole, providing grip on tile, polished concrete, and other smooth surfaces. This is non-negotiable for food production floors and healthcare facilities where falls cause injuries and lawsuits.
The elastic ankle band stretches to fit boot sizes from women's 5 to men's 14. The cover material itself has enough give to accommodate steel-toe boots, which is critical because most facility staff wear them. Cheap shoe covers tear at the seams trying to fit over a boot — ours are sized generously enough to avoid this.
One pack of 100 covers (200 individual covers, since they're sold as pairs in some packaging) typically lasts 2-3 weeks in a 20-person operation. A case of 10 packs lasts 4-6 months in a typical 20-person operation. For larger operations or visitor-heavy facilities, mix-and-match pallets combine blue and black on a single pallet at wholesale rates.
