PE sleeves cover the gap nobody else thinks about — the forearm between the top of a disposable glove and the bottom of a sleeve or apron. In wet processing, deep cleaning, and any work where contaminated water or fluids run down the arm toward unprotected skin, that gap is where contamination gets in or product gets out. Disposable polyethylene sleeves with elastic at both ends seal it shut.

Why Sleeves Matter for Wet Work

Gloves stop hand contact, aprons cover the torso — but workers reaching into water, sinks, wash-down operations, or any deep-immersion task end up with water running down their forearm into the glove, into clothing, or onto skin. PE sleeves bridge the gap. The elastic at the wrist tucks under the glove cuff; the elastic at the bicep grips the upper arm under the shirt sleeve. The result is a continuous waterproof barrier from fingertip to upper arm.

Pair with PE Aprons for Full Coverage

For full wet-work coverage, sleeves work with our PE aprons as a system. Apron covers the torso, sleeves cover the forearms, gloves cover the hands. Together they create a complete wet-environment PPE setup at a fraction of the cost of reusable rubber wet gear, and with the disposability that matters in food production and healthcare contamination control.

Single-Use Disposable

PE sleeves are designed for single-use disposal at the end of a shift or after a contamination event. Polyethylene at this thickness is flexible enough for a full range of arm motion but not durable enough for repeated wear. The 100-sleeve pack is sized for typical facility consumption — a production line of 10 workers using a fresh pair per shift goes through one pack every 2 weeks.

Latex-Free, Waterproof, Lightweight

Polyethylene construction is latex-free (safe for users with latex allergies) and fully waterproof. The lightweight material doesn't add bulk or restrict movement — workers don't fight the sleeves while doing the job. White colour shows contamination immediately, supporting visual inspection in food and healthcare environments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I really need sleeves on top of gloves and apron?
For dry work — no. For any work involving sinks, wash-down, deep cleaning, fluid handling, or wet processing — yes. The gap between glove cuff and shirt sleeve is where water and contaminants travel up the arm. Sleeves close that gap.
How do they stay on?
Elastic at both ends. The wrist end tucks under the glove cuff, the bicep end grips the upper arm under the shirt sleeve. Together they hold the sleeve in place through normal arm motion.
Are they reusable?
No — single-use disposable. PE at this thickness is designed for one shift's wear. For reusable wet-work sleeves, you'd be looking at rubber or coated fabric, which is a different category entirely.
Are they latex-free?
Yes — 100% polyethylene, no latex. Safe for workers and patients with latex allergies.
What's the typical pack/case for facility ordering?
100 sleeves per pack, 10 packs per case (1,000 sleeves total). For a production line of 10 workers using a fresh pair per shift, that's roughly one pack every 2 weeks per worker, or 1–2 cases per month for a 10-worker line.
Can I order with PE aprons in one shipment?
Yes — mix-and-match wholesale ordering across the protective wear range. Combine sleeves, aprons, shoe covers, and any other CLW PPE on a single shipment for wholesale pricing.
