CLW Distributors Inc. is a wholesale distributor of gloves, PPE, janitorial, paper, and packaging supplies, serving Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, and customers across Canada.
Product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability shown on this website are provided for general information and are updated periodically. While we work to keep information accurate, occasional errors or changes by manufacturers can occur. Final product specifications, availability, and pricing are confirmed at the time of quotation.
Same-day delivery availability in the Lower Mainland and shipping timelines elsewhere in Canada are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on stock, carrier schedules, and circumstances outside our control.
Claims for shortages, damaged goods, or incorrect items must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery. Because our products are supplied for food-safe and hygiene-sensitive uses, opened or unsealed consumable products may not be returnable. Contact us and we will work with you on any issue.
The customer portal is available only to CLW personnel and customers we have issued credentials to. There is no self-serve sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend access at any time to protect the system or its data. Data visible in the portal (orders, invoices, pricing) is confidential business information and may not be shared with third parties.
Software applications linked from this site, including the customer portal and our internal QuickBooks connector, are proprietary tools operated by CLW for our own business operations. They are licensed for use only by CLW personnel and authorized users, are not offered to the public, and are provided "as is." Our QuickBooks connector accesses only CLW's own accounting records under Intuit's terms of service.
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the portal or any CLW system, interfere with the operation of this website, scrape or bulk-download its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
This website's content — text, layout, product photography, and branding — belongs to CLW or its licensors. Product names and trademarks (e.g., TouchFlex, AdvanCare) belong to their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products we distribute. You may not reproduce site content for commercial purposes without permission.
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
