Most facilities buy one bag size and one thickness for the entire building, which means they're either tearing through bags in heavy-load locations or wasting money on heavy-duty bags in office trash bins. The CLW range exists so you can match the bag to the location: Regular for small office bins and washroom liners, Strong for kitchen and general facility waste, Extra Stronger for back-of-house and food-service waste streams, and 2 Mil and 3 Mil for heavy industrial waste, construction debris, and compactor bags where cheap liners would rupture.
Not every combination is in stock. The matrix below shows what's actually available — use it to spec your facility order before requesting a quote.

The availability follows the actual physics of waste handling. Regular thickness is only stocked in 22×24 — the small can liner where lightweight material is fine. 2 Mil is black-only, and only in the two largest sizes (35×50, 42×48) — that's the spec for industrial-bin liners that need heavy material but where transparent waste isn't a requirement. 3 Mil exists in 30×38 and up, in both colours from 30×38 onward — it's the heavy spec for compactor liners and the heaviest waste streams. Strong and Extra Stronger are the workhorse tiers, available in nearly every size and both colours from 26×36 up.
Black is the default for general waste and back-of-house environments — contents are hidden, which matters in customer-facing locations and reduces visual clutter. Clear bags exist for specific operational needs: recycling streams (where contamination needs to be visually inspected), food facilities running waste-stream audits, and high-security environments where transparent waste is a compliance requirement. Many facilities use both — black in offices and customer areas, clear in production zones and recycling stations. Note that clear isn't offered in 22×24 Regular (small-can liners are typically opaque) or in 2 Mil at any size (industrial-grade liners are black-only by design).
The size matrix matches standard receptacle dimensions. 22×24 fits small under-desk and washroom cans. 26×36 is the standard kitchen and office bin size. 30×38 covers medium back-of-house cans and food-service bins. 35×50 fits large industrial bins and outdoor receptacles. 42×48 is the heavy industrial size for construction, manufacturing, and outdoor waste compactors. Most facilities use 2–3 sizes; we'll quote the right mix based on your bin inventory.
You don't have to commit to single-size pallets. Mix sizes, thicknesses, and colours across one shipment to match your actual usage — heavy 42×48 black 3 Mil for the loading dock, regular 26×36 black for offices, clear 30×38 Strong for the recycling station — all on one wholesale order. Email Sales@clwdistributor.com with your bin inventory and we'll spec the matching bag mix.
